At the end of June, the air conditioner at home broke down. The repair cost was expensive, so I eventually replaced it with a new one.
Me: “What is this broken air conditioner trying to show me? Is it a lesson about money?”
Higher Self: “On the surface, the air conditioner’s issue was that it no longer cooled, but the essence was that the main control board was broken.
It’s reminding you that the real problem is not what’s happening on the surface. You must see through to the essence of the issue.
Everything that happens in your life is a reminder. Every event that occurs around you has its reason for happening; each one is a hint.
They tell you which topic is currently being triggered and needs to be brought to the surface.
Living consciously means you can filter out the problems that appear on the surface. Don’t focus on the content of the event that has happened. Instead, see through to the essence it is conveying, to its structure.”

6月底，家里的空调坏了，维修费用很昂贵，最后新买了一台。

高我：这台空调表面的问题是不制冷，本质是电脑主板坏了。
它提醒你，问题不在于表面发生的，而是要看穿问题的本质。
你生活中的所有事情都是提醒。围绕你而发生的每件事，都有它发生的理由，每件事都是一个提示。
它们告诉你，目前有哪个议题正被触发，需要被带到表面。
有觉知的生活是你能够过滤掉表面呈现的问题。不要聚焦在已发生事件的内容，而是要看透它在传达的本质，它的结构。
